Fifth Element is a photo book about self-destruction. It contains a set of 16 portraits of the people not only participating in the destruction of the photographs they’re in, but also suffering their own devastation. Water, earth, fire and air are merging captured past and destruction presence of the photographs into their future. Playing with a timeline of the creation process relocates viewers into a realm where photographs are interactive.

Each step of the destruction process in this book is interrupted with a successively zoomed kissing scene which encircles those 4 deaths into the Fifth element, showing the impossibility of existing as an Absolute.
